Our lymphatic system plays a huge role in detoxification process in our body, keeping your lymphatic system healthy is crucial for not only for detoxification, but also for immunity, and overall health. What is the lymphatic system and how does it work?
The lymphatic system, runs parallel to the circulatory system, and it contains a hundreds of lymphatic vessels and nodes which are all throughout the body.
